Harley is far from stable, indiscriminately insane she kills when, who, and wherever she wants. A true sadist she likes watching her enemies suffer beneath her power.  Straightforward and lacking a morale compass she doesn't understand why people would feel the need to stop her or get in her way she is easily angered by people who interfere with her 'fun'. Pushed on by the voices in her head she sees nothing wrong with killing no matter what side or alliances her opponent may take. If she feels someone is helpful to her or she could use them for more fun later she acts rather relaxed and comes across as fairly normal if not a little on edge. Harley is incredibly childish and prone to chaotic tantrums, if she can't have her way she'd rather destroy it than let someone else take something from her which leaves her exhausted and often times injured from overuse of her powers. Unpredictable and unstable Harley is a mess at planning tactics in an extended battle. Relying on petty tricks hopefully leading to an opportunity to overpower her opponent she'll often lose interest in a fight half way through making it difficult to keep her in one place for long.

Harley hears voices in her head that sound similar to those of the children that she grew up with. They urge her to seek revenge for them through indiscriminate murder and chaos. Never satisfied there's always slight whispers that make her paranoid and on edge sometimes driving her to insomnia. If she attempts to ignore the voices it turns from whispers to screams that throw her powers out of whack making it hard for her to focus and even harder to fight. When the urge gets to be too much to bare Harley will go berserk attacking anything nearby in order to sate her hunger for destruction and chaos. The already thin line between friend and foe is blurs into non-existence as she wildly rampages about.

History:

TLDR Ver: Harley was raised in an orphanage run by fiends, when she found out what they were they tried to kill her...too bad it was just in time for her powers to manifest. She made quite a mess of the fiends and in the chaos lit the orphanage on fire, she never was quite right in the head, but after that something certainly snapped. She was then found by an older witch who taught her to hone her powers to get what she wanted. Now she meanders about doing whatever she pleases so long as it provides her with enjoyment.
