Bio:
Quara was born into the noble family of the planet Euphaurialistra, a planet where all of one’s desires were just at an arms reach at any given moment. People on this planet lived in the moment and for the day following the flow of life wherever it decided to carry them, a very lively and enticing planet with rather questionable customs and a very open mindset about a lot of things. However being the 16th daughter in line there was clearly no way Quara would ever be able to truly take the throne. Wanting her to still be of strong use and aid to the family Quara was sent off to a neighboring planet of dragons at a young age to learn their customs in hopes of eventually fostering an arranged marriage to a young man in that planet’s own noble family. Unlike her homeland of pleasure and relaxation this planet was a war rife wasteland dyed red with the blood of draconic civil war after civil war.

On this planet under the care of the other noble family Quara was trained, but this training only went so far as to alter her physically. She was faster, stronger, and more agile than before, but she still very much retained the viewpoints of her home planet. Open and forthright she tended to surprise those of this war ridden planet, that relied heavily on deception, manipulation, and backstabbing, with her honest forthright opinionated statements. She saw no reason to hold her tongue or conform her thoughts. She was an individual, and had no plans of turning into another of this planet’s mass produced war junkies. The nobles of the allied family however were easily offended by her openly opinionated statements, honest nature, and refusal to conform. A few years after her training was complete they sent her home refusing the offer for a political marriage to be considered between the two due to ‘conflict of natures’.

Quara didn’t care and neither did her family, as her planet was known for they simply accepted the fact and moved on not allowing it to bother them. As the sixteenth daughter there was neither a rush for her to find her place nor a reason to force her into something. Returned home Quara flourished in the open equality of her homeland. She returned to their ways and their customs, but it didn’t take her long to realize that while away she had acquired a few traits from that violent, obstinate place. She realized that she had developed a strong distrust of other dragons, all those hot headed fools and their anger had proved to leave a bad taste in her mouth. The second thing she realized she developed was a tendency to break out into violence at the mention of certain traits or topics.

Still young enough to not be in full control of her powers she started to slowly shut herself away in order to keep her violent outbursts at bay. She sat in her room watching the world around her, still in love with the open peace, and passion of her planet...she simply didn’t feel as if she be an integral part of it until she could control herself. A few years in mild isolation left far more level headed and relaxed, with her power now under her own full control she started stepping back out into the world. It was at this time that her parents decided that it would do her some good to get out into other things, having always been rather more open minded than even some of her other siblings they felt she would do well where she could meet new people in order not to stagnate her growth.

She accepted their offer thinking that it would be a magnificent opportunity to explore and observe others. To understand things outside of the two different lifestyles she’d seen up until this point. Her parents sent her to a neutral galactic academy where she learned about many a subject before finally deciding that she wanted to become a captain of her own ship and explore the galaxy of her own means. Finishing her schooling with relative ease, she bid her family goodbye and left to sate her curiosity of the world beyond what she knew of. One day on the far side of the galaxy from her home she picked up a distress signal from a station called the Jirachi. She’d heard of it in passing, one of the unions new stations out on this side of the galaxy, and they were in danger?! It took no time for her to type in the codes to start tracking the signal and make her way to the station.

Personality: Quara is a very laid back woman with a regal upbringing and an elegant air about her. Growing up on a planet whose values were mostly acceptance and open mindedness she tends to be a bit much to those who don’t understand the customs of her home world. She may come across as forward, lude, or even promiscuous, but in actuality it’s simply that her planet was one of openly seeking one’s desires and on occasions she forgets that not every other place is that way. She is very accommodating and considerate of others feelings and if her openness causes discomfort she’ll adjust her actions around that person to put them at ease. While she is considerate and the like she is by no means a pushover, she has no tolerance for purposefully ignorant, disrespectful, or rude people.
