Personality: A quirky, carefree young mechanic known for being honest if not a little mischievous and forgetful. She's absent minded and tends to remember random things at random moments so she comes off as a bit spastic but it's really just the way her brain goes through information that makes her seem a little bit out of it despite her quick gains in trading and her inherent skill for her job. All in all she's actually a sweet heart with a trouble making streak, but she always means best for people so long as you don't get on her bad side.

Flaws: She's forgetful and absent minded so needs to keep constant reminders of what she needs to do around but she's also disorganized so sometimes it's hard for her to remember what she was doing from one task to another so she ends up doing things in an odd round about way unless she's working on someone because she becomes fully absorbed in her work. Which is also a problem as she tends to be unable to multitask when she gets too absorbed into one task or another…and she forgets that if she's doing a long procedure the patient may have to do things like drink…and relieve themselves so she has to be interrupted to be reminded of things at times. She's also really bad at taking care of herself, while her work station tends to look disorganized she always knows where what she needs is…but at home she can hardly keep track of her things and tends to let her health fall by the wayside at times when work flow is heavy. (Which explains why she's underweight)

History: Milly was born to an abusive drunk father and a submissive hysteric mother, so it was no surprise that she turned out a little messed up. She was beaten a lot as a child and scolded for a lot of things she didn't deserve so she has a very odd way of handling herself, and learning. She was never allowed to go to school as her mother claimed she needed constant help at home. At the age of six she ran away from home and was found ill and weak in an alleyway by a mechanic who simply wanted to know why she was in his alley half dead. She explained her situation to him and he took her in and cared for her bringing her back to health, over the years he taught her the ways of mechanics and how to fix things. He was very good at his job and taught his little adopted daughter everything he knew, when Milly turned fourteen she started proper schooling along with working with her new papa in his mechanics shop she was always a bit off but that never stopped her determination. Two years later her father was severely injured in a shop accident, he made her promise that she'd keep going to school and to follow her dreams. And so she vowed to become the best mechanic there was in the name of her beloved adoptive father. When she heard about the clockwork project and Utopia she was instantly interested in the hopes of being able to go and to keep her father's state from getting worse, but alas just before the train was completed her father died. She ended up going alone and starting her own mechanics shop there with the same name as the old shop and kept her promise to be the best mechanic she could.
